Program Enrollment Refunds
DataKern publishes refund and cancellation terms before final seat confirmation. Refund eligibility depends on the offering and timing:
- Before Program Start: Full refund available if cancelled at least 7 days before the first session
- Within First Week: Partial refund (80%) available if program does not meet expectations
- After First Week: No refunds, but seat transfers may be considered case-by-case
Mentoring Services
Mentoring session refunds and rescheduling:
- Cancellation: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled session
- Rescheduling: One free reschedule allowed with 24 hours notice, subject to mentor availability
- No-Show: No refund for missed sessions without advance notice
Refund Process
To request a refund, use our contact form with your enrollment details and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
Special Circumstances
We understand that unexpected life events occur. In cases of medical emergencies, family situations, or other exceptional circumstances, we may offer accommodations beyond standard policy. Please contact us to discuss your situation.
Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, reply through the existing contact thread so the request can be reviewed with the original enrollment context. We aim to respond to escalations within 5 business days.
