Enrollment Process

Enrollment in DataKern programs is application-based. Acceptance is determined by fit, readiness, and capacity. Submission of an application does not guarantee a seat, mentoring slot, job outcome, or later invitation.

Admissions Standards

DataKern reserves the right to reject applications that do not align with the program format, expected conduct, or current seat availability. We prioritize candidates who demonstrate:

• Clear goals and realistic expectations about the program
• Commitment to active participation and follow-through
• Professional communication and behavior
• A fit with the level and format of the chosen offering

Learner Responsibilities

Enrolled learners are expected to:

• Complete all assigned projects and exercises
• Attend live sessions and participate actively
• Adhere to our Code of Conduct
• Communicate professionally with instructors and peers
• Not share copyrighted materials or course content externally

Program Modifications

DataKern reserves the right to modify curriculum, schedules, delivery tools, or supporting materials as needed to maintain program quality. Reasonable notice will be provided for significant changes that affect enrolled learners.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, including slides, recordings, and documentation, remain the property of DataKern. Learners retain ownership of their original project work.

Professional Boundaries

Training and mentoring are educational services. They are not legal, financial, immigration, or employment-placement services. Interview coaching can improve clarity and preparation, but it does not guarantee offers or outcomes.

Termination

DataKern may terminate a learner's enrollment for violations of the Code of Conduct, non-payment, or consistent failure to meet participation expectations. Refunds in such cases are subject to the Refund Policy.
